All products are made to order and personalized.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.
Order Changes
Changes or cancellations may be requested within a short time after purchase, before production begins. We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once processing has started.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement if appropriate.

Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds for:
- Dissatisfaction based on artistic interpretation
- Minor differences from expectations
